I like both about the same.
Only things i did'nt like was Flip(perraci) jumping into everyones verses with his fur coat and would've liked to see Too Short come off better.
Overall i like the concept,
too bad Pepsi had to put it together.

u already know what i'm finna to say... haha, but i feel you on too short. short dog came kinda weak, it's all them years in atl lately. it might jus be me, but lyrically the bay jus better if you ask me. all those south rappers come hella slower, i ain't feelin it as much. but honestly both are sick and i got love for the bay and houston [mainly cuz of rap-a-lot and face], but that bay one go dummy.
you cats are all bay lovers, but you're still alright. i'll admit the rhymes are tight on both sets, houston's beat is banging. the bay cats do a better job of getting into it while some of the houston guys look bored as shit. Still, one of those bay guys flashes and sips a pepsi, which is pretty embarassing. So this round goes to Texas.
